Refund Policy:

• Application Fee                             non-refundable
• Homestay Administration Fee      non-refundable
• Tuition
  

  Tuition, less $500 administration costs, will be refunded, if Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) does not issue a Study Permit. To obtain the refund, the student must provide:
  

  • The Original Letter of Rejection from Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC)
  • The original Limestone DSB Official Letter of Acceptance
  • The original receipt of tuition fee payment

  Three quarters (¾) of the tuition fee will be refunded, if a student cancels before the program begins and does not provide the above noted documents. To obtain the refund, the student must provide the original receipt of tuition fee payment.

  No refund will be provided, if a student leaves after the program starts OR in the event a student is required to leave the program because of faulty documents, fails to obey program rules, or is charged with a criminal act in Canada.

  A student who becomes a Permanent Resident of Canada after tuition is paid is not eligible for a refund.
